If Refueling Is Done By Customer This Amount Will Be Deducted From Final Payable Amount.
Rescheduling Of Trip Will Charge Rs.300/- As Rescheduling Fee (Within Trip) According to availability of vehicle.
If you complete your journey in a short time or less kilometers distance than standard kilometers per day.
You have to pay total minimum booking fare as per applicable for category.
Smoking and Drinking:
Smoking & Drinking in the vehicle will cause a fine of Rs.1000 & Rs.2500 respectively.
Vehicle responsibility is totally depends on driver. So in such case no charges applicable for customer.
If any type of disturb to driver while driving and leads to damage then customer are responsible to pay total damage cost of vehicle.
Responsibility of payment:
All our rides are billing at the end of journey.
Payments by Members shall be made with his/her credit card or debit card. The Member is under obligation to ensure that the account from which the amounts are to be collected have sufficient funds or credit available to cover any charges. Member is solely responsible for any associated bank or credit card charges
or fees. Member may be charged a processing fee for a declined credit or debit card payment.
In the event the Member defaults on any payments, TRIPBRIP is entitled to charge reminder fees and
default interest in accordance with the provisions of the law. In addition, TRIPBRIP may utilize third parties
to collect amounts owed to TRIPBRIP by a Member.
With all fees mentioned above, TRIPBRIP reserves the right to prohibit a Member from making a
subsequent reservation until all outstanding fees in the Member's account have been paid in full. In the
event a fee is incurred, Members will receive an email invoice from TRIPBRIP that will have detailed
Tolls/ Parking/ Taxes:
Customer responsible to paying all tolls and parking at time of journey.
All state entry permit taxes are payable by customer if you travel to other state.
All applicable taxes have to pay by customer after end of journey.
For Cancellation Of Booking will affect advance payment as per following flow.
1. Before 24 Hrs. of Journey 75% Refund.
2. Within 12-24 Hrs. of Journey 50% Refund.
3. Before 12 Hrs. of Journey NO Refund
Shortening Post Start -
No charges or refunds applicable
Late Return -
Delay would be charged at Rs.500/hour

Traffic and Parking violations -
Full payment of fines + Rs.500 per 2 days late in

Extensions and modifications are subject to availability.
Your free KMs are calculated based on the latest scheduled pick up time to the latest scheduled drop off
time or to the actual drop off time whichever is later.
All Refunds made shall be through the original payment account only within 3-4 working days.
TripBrip have right to change the terms of policies time to time and shall give notice regarding to it in sufficient time to customer.
Notice given to the customer shall be considered given when such notice is notified and accessible from first page comes after customer log-in as per TripBrip website.
Notice will be also send by e-mail to customers by registered e-mail address providing at the time of registration.
Customers are agrees to terms and conditions of this agreement shall be effective and applicable by notification posted on TripBrip website at respective date and time or e-mail notification given regarding to it to the customer.
